Dr. Sabrina Cotton is a board-certified clinical social worker and trauma specialist focused on mentoring and developing ethically driven, adept clinicians. She obtained her Doctorate of Social Work from Tulane University, where she researched racial trauma and its impact on the mental health and readiness of service members.

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Cotton provides trauma-informed care to military members and first responders in high-demand settings. Her practice integrates evidence-based methods including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and CPT.

Dr. Cotton is dedicated to mentoring future clinicians. Through leadership-driven, trauma-focused supervision, she helps social workers develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in complex clinical environments.
